POSITION TITLE: CNC Machinist

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate various cnc machines

• Operate mill and lathe machines

• Read blueprints and use micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Work with G&M codes and edit programs

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Older building but newly renovated

LOCATION: Tiffin

SHIFTS: Openings on all 3 shifts

Pay: 20-34hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $79560.00

• Overtime after 8 hours in a shift - Double time at 45 hours - Saturdays are primarily voluntary OT

• Benefits include: 401k with company match, health, dental vision benefits, 3 personal days, paid sick leave, life insurance

• No time clocks. On what we call an “honor system” when it comes to keeping track of time.

• Medical, dental, vision benefits start day one.

• 20 weeks of paid sick time over 24 months. This is 100% pay for time missed such as a sick day or a leave of absence.

• Vacation is based on industry experience.

• 401k match starts at day 90 but you can start to contribute day one. Fidelity is the plan sponsor.
