Responsible for Logistic Import and Export administration and optimize related services and processes. 负责物流进出口相关的事宜,并优化物流进出口相关服务及流程。

1. Planning, optimizing, controlling and checking logistics processes, to increase the economic value added of the area of responsibility. The processes include logistic Cost & Budget Control, Shipping & Delivery, International Freight Mgmt., Customs & CIQ Mgmt., Partner Mgmt., etc.

规划，优化，控制，检查物流过程，以增加所负责领域的经济附加值。这些流程包括物流成本和预算控制，运输发货，国际运输管理，海关和商检管理，业务伙伴管理等。

2. Defines and ensures implementation of unit-related Logistics policies and guidelines. 制定并确保与所属单位相关的物流政策及指导方针的执行。

3. Deploys Logistics Strategy in the assigned business organization. Initiating and implement the process improvements and productivity measures, to secure the local (plant) targets.

在所属的组织内部署物流策略。发起并实施流程优化和劳动生产率提高的举措，已确保实现组织目标。

4. Checking and monitoring of key data and internal and external rules, in order to intervene early and at short notice and be able to initiate the corresponding measure for improvement.

检查和监控关键数据指标和内部外部的规则，以便快速早期介入异常状况，并采取相应措施实施改善。

5. Representing the interface to external organizations (authorities and associations) incl. receptions, auditing and so on.

代表公司承担外部机构的接口工作，包括接待，稽查等。

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

完成上级交办的其他任务。

Position Requirement:

职位要求：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade or Logistics related. 本科以上学历，国际贸易或物流相关专业。

2. More than 5years related working experience. 5年以上相关工作经验。

3. Rich knowledge on international trade practice and Supply Chain / Logistics process optimization. 丰富的国际贸易实务及供应链/物流过程优化方面的知识储备及经验。

4. Excellent English communication skill. 卓越的英语交流能力。

5. Strong capacity of planning, organizing and coordination. 较强的计划，组织，协调能力。

6. Advanced computer skill (SAP, office, etc.). 良好的计算机技能（SAP、办公软件等）。
