work hours: 10 PM - 10 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical system components, including MCC's, inverters, motors, and more.

• Troubleshoot and execute repairs on control systems like PLC's, robotics, and other automation equipment.

• Identify and differentiate between electrical, mechanical, process, and product issues when troubleshooting.

• Communicate findings and potential causes to operations and maintenance leadership, providing corrective action steps.

• Update electrical schematics and assist in the development of proactive maintenance plans.

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and condition maintenance (CM) tasks, ensuring the reliability of equipment.

• Support process improvement efforts critical to business objectives.

• Mentor junior electricians (Reliability Electrician II's & III's) while enhancing your skills through collaboration with senior team members.

Requirements:

• Troubleshooting skills in a plant environment

• Experience repairing industrial equipment

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role

Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts, 2 days on - 2 days off & every other weekend is a 3 day weekend
