You look at user story, functional and interaction design, product configuration and extension, sales play and demo, competitive analysis, marketplace partners, and more as tools in the Product Manager’s essential toolkit. You intuitively know how new technology, business requirements and awesome product design need to come together to deliver cloud innovation that delights.

You’re a fantastic storyteller. You know that our products and services tell our customers a story through the end-to-end Digital Transformation innovation from CRM front office to ERP back-office. You won’t rest until that Oracle story is a compelling one.

What are the technical requirements?

  • 7-10 years in cloud enterprise software development, management, and/or implementation working in scrum teams

  • Lead-to-order domain expertise and strong functional understanding of sales and CPQ processes.

  • Experienced in Mobile and Email enterprise or consumer applications.

  • Experienced in new technology platforms including Generative AI, AI/ML, NLP to bring together a compelling Lead to Order experience across interfaces

  • Experienced with API-first SaaS development and extension

  • Experience in bringing creative ideas and proposals to development teams and executives supported by qualitative justification and quantitative analysis to deliver across multiple product pillars

  • Experience working closely with customers on product implementations

  • Experienced in CRM / CPQ web, mobile and email functional architecture design, process engineering, pilot and UAT strategy

  • Represent our company and team with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in management, business, computer science or other equivalent

What will you do as a Product Manager at Oracle?

  • You will dive deep into one or more of our many products leading the product effort and scrum team for one or more critical feature areas.

  • You will build relationships with customers; understand customer’s processes and objectives; and introduce new ways of doing things better and more productive and solicit feedback

  • You will research competition and market tends and propose roadmap trade-offs between parity and innovation tacking

  • You will partner closely with your fellow product designers to innovate by creating productive, coherent, seamless, and emotionally resonant, state-of-the-art CRM services for our users.

  • You will partner closely with our User Experience Design Lead to understand the customers who use our solution, empathize with them, and imagine creative ways we can make their work lives dramatically better.

  • You will partner closely with your partners in engineering to take your vision and ideas and turn them into reality.

  • You will partner closely with your colleagues in customer success to get customer feedback on your products, find out where you’ve improved their lives, and find out where you have more work to do.

  • You will be comfortable working with a globally with geographically dispersed team, in various time zones

  • You will learn, grow, and be challenged. You will speak up and represent your position amongst peers and leadership, while remaining resilient and open to constructive criticism.

  • You will sometimes make tough compromises, or find things take longer than you want them to, or need to work extra hard to convince a colleague of your position.

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the innovation-led design, process, development, testing, quality and marketing of products as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
