Role Definition

Supports manufacturing processes by performing many technical tasks while ensuring compliance with the prevailing safety and quality procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Executing manufacturing tasks and processes according to defined SOPs and accurately documenting data and related batch records.

• Providing support to manufacturing processes with activities such as validation of processes and equipment, implementing manufacturing best practices, and reporting.

• Training new and junior employees on SOP's, safety procedures, policies and standards.

• Identifying issues related to manufacturing processes and implementing process improvements.

• Investigates the need to refer potential exceptions upward for review and approval.

Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.

• Resolves difficult or high-impact equipment and systems problems.

• Monitors machine performance and history; addresses excessive maintenance or repair needs.

• Coaches others how to resolve integration or communications problems in multi-vendor environment.

• Uses advanced diagnostic techniques and tools for unusual or performance-related problems.
