The Global Services Location EMEA, based in Belgrade, is serving the regions Western Europe, Middle East and Africa as an internal service provider, being responsible for the handling and execution of operational tasks within the organization. The GS EMEA’s satellite is based in Thessaloniki, Greece and was founded in 2016. We perform global and standardized processes, mainly back office tasks for the internal customers, we employ more than 300 employees and we are now seeking for our company in Thessaloniki, the below role.

Your Role

Handle the company's automation platform to reduce the amount of manual and repetitive work done, allowing the organization to focus on valued added tasks and operations cost reduction. The automation team will receive request from our business unit to automate certain processes using modern and new RPA (Robotic Process Automation) development tools. This position is categorized as a Qualified Specialist.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of complex automation solutions and web Applications(In-house), leveraging advanced RPA capabilities and integrations.

• Generate the require documentation.

• Mentor junior developers and provide thought leadership in RPA technologies, driving innovation and excellence across automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and other RPA teams in the organization

• Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand existing business processes, identify opportunities for automation, clarify requirements and exceptions.

• Communication with Global process owners, management and operators

• Correct use of development standards

• Applied Agile methodologies on project management

• Assume leadership

• Adaptability and flexibility

• Develop reusable components, scripts and frameworks that drive efficiency for future projects.

• Provide ongoing support and resolution of bugs. Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize robot uptime and utilization.

• Problem solving and propose solutions for processes

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor Degree on Computer Science or IT related major will be considered an asset

• Fluent in English communication

• Process Automation experience using tools such as UIPath

• Κnowledge of programming languages and frameworks (Python, javaScript)

• Knowledge about agile processes like scrum is beneficial

• Customer-oriented, team-player, analytical skills

• Web stack (react,nodejs,SQL)
