Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Lab Services Supervisor to support a large oncology clinic in the Woodlands and Kingwood locations. This person will be responsible for the efficient operation of a high complexity laboratory facility. They will ensure accurate and timely testing procedures, compliance with applicable regulations regarding laboratory operations, and participate in site specific daily operations, communications and patient flow. The ideal candidate for this role has RECENT leadership and generalist lab experience rather than a molecular/covid lab background. Hematology or chemistry experience accepted as well.

Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p, NO weekends or call

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years experience in laboratory testing, must be majority generalist (not molecular or covid testing)

-Bachelors degree in Medical Technology

-Comfortable with immature cell identification

-ASCP certification

-Leadership experience

-TX license

-Critical thinking, good personality

-Hematology experience -Phlebotomy experience

-Experience in hospital lab setting

-Experience with Roche and/or Siemens

-Experience with Sysmex XN-10 null
