Indorama Ventures – Indovinya is currently looking to hire a HRIS Manager located in The Woodlands, TX. The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of Workday in addition to other systems. It leads and acts as a liaison between specific user areas such as Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Learning and Development and Information Technology Services to define business problems and opportunities for improvement. This individual serves as a point-of-contact for ensuring data integrity, documenting requirements, testing of system changes, platform integration, assisting with regular Workday upgrades, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, supports annualized HR processes. Supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Ensures HR is delivering timely, accurate and complete data entry processing into Workday.

What will be expected from you?

• Implement HRIS solutions which provide ease of use by associates (individual contributors and managers) performing HR work processes while maintaining data integrity and consistency with HR programs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of Indorama Ventures Human Resources team to ensure solutions that are implemented optimize the end-to-end processes.

• Provide thorough leadership in HRIS and build within the organization an understanding of the rationale for change (including making the business case) and gain buy-in for recommendations.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.

• Create user manuals, FAQs, and documentation for HRIS systems and processes.

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor' s degree in a relevant field of study and 5+ years’ Workday HRIS experience is required.

• Experience managing implementation for multiple countries.

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience using relational database applications including data entry and report writing using data queries.

• HRIS Specialist - Previous experience as super user or advanced user in a HRIS solution required.

• Certification in Workday HCM required. Additional certifications in other modules preferred.

• Prior experience in Workday and ADP a plus.

• Prior experience with Payroll project implementation as well as time clock integration and other external inbound/outbound integrations a plus.

• System troubleshooting experience.

• Strong MS Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and intermediate to Advanced Excel - V lookup and pivot table.

• Proficiency in problem analysis, issue resolution, organization, planning and time management.

• Highly initiative-taking, able to work autonomously with general direction.

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

• Strong project management skills.

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

• Business acumen.

• High degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personal and corporate dynamics.

• Proficient in creating, loading, and validating EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) or utilizing other Mass Operation tasks within Workday Administrator Tasks.

• Skilled in constructing calculated fields and developing custom reports to meet organizational needs.

• Proven experience in managing large datasets and delivering HR analytics.
