The Woodlands, TX

Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/ho ur (Depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting clerk.. The ideal candidate will be have strong accounts receivables and accounts payable experience within a the logistic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Review and process Accounts Receivables

  • Review and process Accounts Payables.

  • Prepare reports and maintain accounting records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in accounting

  • Strong knowledge of air cargo operations, documentation, and regulatory requirements preferred

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
