Job Posting: Yard Foreman (3rd Shift) - Precast Facility

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour (Based on Experience)

About Us:

We are a leading precast manufacturing facility specializing in high-quality concrete products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Yard Supervisor for our 3rd shift. This position is key to the success of our operations, overseeing materials handling, managing yard activities, and supervising a team to maintain efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all yard operations, ensuring products are stored, handled, and distributed effectively and safely.

• Lead and manage a team of workers, offering training, guidance, and support to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure a safe, clean working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

• Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure proper function and safety.

• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize disruptions to production.

• Communicate clearly with other departments to meet production deadlines and goals.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Experience in a precast or concrete manufacturing facility is a plus, but not required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime when necessary.

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.

• Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00
