This role is for the Nurse-Family Partnership program and provides health education, social support and community linkages to meet the needs of pregnant and postpartum, first-time mothers and their infants while adhering to NFP national guidelines.
Compensation Range:$104,868.00 - $130,268.00 Annual
Along with our highly competitive base pay, we offer pay differentials based on education, clinical experience, certifications, and work in high need areas.
In recognition of the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals working in hard-to-staff areas, we offer incentives for RNs serving in qualifying areas. If your assignment is designated as a hard-to-staff area, you may be eligible for an additional quarterly bonus incentive, totaling up to $10k annually.

What You Will Do
Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team .
Deliver personalized nursing and care management to patients in their home or care facilities.
Constantly evaluate evolving patient needs and respond with plan of care adjustments.
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications: License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State required Valid driver's license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card, may be required as determined by operational/regional needs. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Work Experience: Minimum of one year of recent experience in maternal/child health required Demonstrated basic computer skills required
