  • Implementing talent acquisition standards and ensuring effective recruiting programs and respective measures.

  • Ensuring that candidates and hiring managers have the best possible experience throughout the recruitment process and keeping them updated at every step to maintain their engagement and satisfaction.

  • Utilize diverse recruitment channels to actively source and attract potential candidates.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with organizational qualifications and culture.

  • Create compelling and accurate job postings that reflect our company values and culture.

  • Strategically distribute job postings across relevant platforms for maximum visibility.

  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to pre-qualify candidates for further evaluation.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Manage the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate records.

  • Actively contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.

This is a highly visible role, and the successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record in building and developing best practices in a high-growth environment.

  • Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering hiring, particularly within the industrial automation and process automation industries, with a focus on DCS systems.

  • Preference for candidates proficient in headhunting and strong referencing techniques, demonstrating a proactive approach to sourcing talent beyond traditional job boards.

  • Emphasizing the need for industry-connected individuals who can serve as effective headhunters, leveraging their network and expertise to identify and attract top engineering talent.

  • Ability to influence leaders positively in taking data-based decisions of hiring.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
