Responsible for complete material demand planning activities within guidelines for CSS business.

Should have hands on knowledge of LV switchgears, RMU, transformer, CSS testing, FRTU programming, wiring, trouble shooting at shop floor and site locations.

Should be able to monitor and control complete logistics activities independently.

Monitoring of Purchase requisition sent by OM to SCM and follow-up for QES,

Receipt of QES from SCM and creation of Purchase order in SAP,

Follow-up for PO approval and releasing the PO copies with suppliers,

Follow-up for PO Acknowledgement and material supply date,

Follow-up for material receipt with CSS vendors & receive invoice / challan copy,

Sharing of required information with GRN team and follow-up for GRN,

Follow-up and Monitoring with BA team for IRN,

Creation of Delivery Challan for material received at CSS vendors,

Closure of Delivery challan after closure of projects,

Handling material rejection / replacements with suppliers,

Handling service issues with suppliers,

Monitoring of data and presentation of MIS,

Monitoring and handling of short supply material,

Monitoring of Stock with CSS vendors and material Utilization / salvaging,

Closure of Open PO before dispatch.

Provide support to vendor by Coordinating answers to technical and quality queries.

Coordinate Actions with CFT to resolve issues.

Participate Production Meetings, Quality Circle Meetings, ISO audits and Safety meetings.

Handling of internal & external ISO audit. (Documentation, processes, employee trainings).

This role is based in Kalwa / Mahape / Ambernath / Nashik / Vadodara with qualification of diploma (Electrical) up to 3-4 years of successful experience in a compact substation portfolio and successfully demonstrating key Responsibilities and knowledge as presented in the job profile.

English Language – Candidate must have professional written/verbal/interpersonal Communication skills to communicate and interact effectively as a good team player for the business requirement.

Knowledge of EHS Regulations and procedures.

Basic / Advance knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.

Critical thinking, reasoning and problem solving are an essential part of this position.

Candidate shall be a good team player, flexible in approach, agile, and sincere.
