Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field
5 years Healthcare and/or business experience, preferably in roles representing a broad range of experiences with progressively increasing responsibility. Demonstrated experience in strategy, portfolio, program, project management, consulting, business planning, and/or analysis experience
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field
PMI Certification
Coursework/Training in facilitation of diverse groups
Lean/Six Sigma training
Within 1 year of hire Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
3 years Operating as part of a large, multi-product/multi-market, geographically dispersed organization
3 years Change management, facilitation, and project management experience with complex multi-regional initiatives involving a large number of stakeholders with diverse interests
