Job Summary
Develop and control the master production plan which supports customer expectations and optimizes plant operations.
Essential Functions (Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:)
Develop and manage the forecasting system translating sales data to plant operational data
Support the budgeting process through forecasting and analysis
Responsible for the Customer Integrated Planning System and resource requirements against available capacity
Develop and communicate support of delivery, inventory, and earned hour ratio
Assure accurate and timely communication with internal and external customers
Participate in the coordination and release of new products
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making teams
Support and work with supervisors and managers to determine capabilities and communicate them to the rest of the team
Must be flexible and able to work in all areas and in your department regardless of duties listed above to accomplish TTTX goal and objectives

Qualifications

Education
Bachelors degree in business or related field, or five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Competencies
Knowledge with manufacturing/financial system applications
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
Non-Technical Competencies
Leadership (setting pace, decisiveness, change management, ability to influence organizational awareness)
