Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee and manage our program serving seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program development, budgeting, relationship management, and supervising staff to ensure the highest quality of care and services.
Duties - Develop and implement program policies and procedures to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. - Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately. - Supervise program staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community partners, and funding sources. - Oversee administrative tasks related to program operations.
Requirements - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health issues. - Strong background in program management, including budgeting and program development. - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship management. - Knowledge of social work practices and principles. - Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
