Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Pay: $30.87 an hour with upwards of growth
Job Description:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining production equipment, including extruders, flexographic printing presses, and bag making machines.
Your work will ensure the smooth operation of our facility and contribute to our mission of making all products recyclable or reusable by 2025.
Open to entry level Maintenance Technician students coming out of schooling/college.
Responsibilities:
Perform data and root cause analysis and provide improvement ideas to the engineering groups.
Repair and maintain highly technical equipment such as servo drive systems, PC controlled systems, and drive integration systems.
Follow guidelines for completing and routing work orders, purchase requisitions, parts availability, and vendor information in the CMMS.
Repair and maintain electro-mechanical plant-specific equipment systems.
Provide detailed documentation of problems on CMMS to pass along information to incoming shifts.
Assist in training for operators and mechanics.
Perform basic tasks in mechanical, electrical/electronics, plumbing, machinist, lubrication, millwright, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing facility is clean and organized, though not temperature-controlled, so it can get hot in the summers.
The facility is divided into areas to create a smaller feel.
There are no assembly or production lines, and people do not work in close quarters.
Machines are large, with some being three stories tall, requiring comfort with heights.
