Description

We are seeking a proficient Controller to join our team based in Jupiter, Florida. This role involves managing financial transactions, reviewing financial statements, and keeping accurate financial records. The Controller will work closely with other team members, providing detailed financial information and insights that contribute to our company's strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.

• Regularly review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain confidential information related to our company and clients with utmost discretion.

• Use QuickBooks Online, MS Word, and Excel to manage and report financial data.

• Leverage your understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, and Budget Processes to enhance financial operations.

• Perform Full Charge Bookkeeping and Full Cycle Accounting duties as required.

• Perform month-end close procedures, ensuring all financial data is accounted for.

• Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and reports, providing clear, concise financial insights.

• Communicate effectively with the CEO, providing regular financial updates and reports.

• Maintain accurate financial records, adhering to best practices in record-keeping.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Experience with auditing procedures

• Familiarity with budget processes

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

• Experience with month end close procedures

• Proficient in handling General Ledger

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Full Charge Bookkeeping

• Knowledge of Full Cycle Accounting processes

• Controller experience is a must
