Honeywell Application/Sys Sales Eng II in Tennessee

As an Application/System Sales Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will work closely with our sales team to promote and sell our complex application and system solutions to customers. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales leads, providing technical expertise, and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will impact the success of our organization by driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recommend and implement improvements within our Service base to achieve sales goals

  • Provide value to our Service customers’ by engaging in technical discussion leading to plant improvements

  • Directly drive orders growth by idealizing, scoping, estimating, proposing and closing orders

  • Indirectly drive orders growth by working with our Spot and AM teams to support their sales pursuits

  • Support assigned Profit Centers to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) SSJ and RQ orders and revenue

  • Provide an accurate weekly forecast for orders within Salesforce.Com platform

  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of pursuits

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of technical experience in HVAC and BAS system

  • Proven track record of success in solutions development roles

  • Strong technical background in Honeywell HBS installed systems

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong knowledge of Fire, Security, and Software

  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)

  • Strong skills with Salesforce.com platform

  • Outcome-based selling skills

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed Annual Operating Plan

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

  • Dynamic and self-motivated individuals

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Innovative and eager to learn
