Baylor Scott & White Health Cardiology Interventional Temple in Temple, Texas

Cardiology Interventional

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a fellowship trained, BC/BE, Interventional Cardiologist to be a member of the Cardiovascular Services team supporting our Structural Heart Program at our Baylor Scott & White Center for Advanced Medicine in Temple, Texas.

Duties include TAVR, Mitra Clip, Pascal Clip, and watchman devices, STEMI coverage (1:4) and (1:4) weekend call coverage. Additional duties include diagnostic cardiac cath, peripheral angiography, PCI and peripheral interventions.

Qualifications

  • Board certified in cardiovascular disease with additional fellowship training and board certification/eligible in Interventional Cardiology.

  • Completed Structural fellowship preferred or experienced structural skill set

  • Experience with Tricuspid valve clip with an interest in launching a new program

  • Teaching residents / interventional fellows available with an academic appointment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine

  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board by start date

  • Where Applicable - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
