Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Temple City, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Recruiter will assist with onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and provide a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Assist in developing and delivering onboarding and training programs to help new hires integrate successfully.
Provide market insights and recruitment trends to improve hiring processes.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a top employer.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
2-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in agency or corporate settings.
Proven ability to source and recruit candidates through multiple channels.
Experience in conducting onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
