Job Description
Serves as subject matter expert and business line expert liaisons between field, operations and senior leadership to influence major initiatives and provide real life perspective, including techniques and tactics to improve the impact and retention of skills. Consults, charters, architects, implements and adapts programs of practice management, sales skills and platform processes from initial concept through post implementation, including multiple implementation cycles and across multiple Wealth Management business lines.
The target audience for the practice management programs developed may include business leaders, field sales representatives, home office support teams, associates and/or others reporting up through the Wealth Management Group. Programs developed are delivered using various methods including, instructor-led, self-study, virtual-live, recorded replay, and web based training.
WM Practice Management Consultants function independently, working with leaders and subject matter experts for their assigned areas of responsibility. They are responsible for leading and directing matrixes project teams that may include business leaders, technical experts and/or external resources. This includes planning and monitoring the work progress and activities of other team members.
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in practice/project management
FINRA Series 7, 65, 24 and Insurance licenses
Preferred Skills/Experience
Thorough knowledge of the design, delivery, administration and evaluation of training and development programs
Proven project management experience and practice management consulting skills
Strong coaching and analytical skills
Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of programs in light of business objectives
Ability to build credibility and work directly with business line leaders and sales management/sales staff
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
