We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with experience in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and defect identification. The ideal candidate will have experience with microscopic inspections and be proficient in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, rulers, and gauges. Excel skills are required for recording and analyzing inspection data. Experience in Product Corrective Actions (PCA) is a plus. The Quality Engineer will ensure that products meet specifications, identify defects, and collaborate with production teams to implement improvements. Responsibilities

-Will need experience understanding root cause, taking corrective action, and figuring out where the defect occurred

• Familiarity with handling customer returns (RMAs)

• Performing data analysis, defect and trend data

• Have a background in manufacturing, PCA is a plus!

• previous microscopic inspection experience

• Experience in excel, will be recording inspection data
