Honeywell is hiring a Level III Material Handler to play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials within our organization. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will report directly to our Materials Manager and you'll work out of our designated location in 1 on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and customer demands, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices

• Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory control

• Retrieve materials and distribute them to the appropriate departments or workstations

• Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation

• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any material-related issues or discrepancies

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations in the handling and storage of materials

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations

• Forklift certification
