Job Title: Hiring 2 Warehouse Inventory and Shipping Specialist

Weekly pay, start ASAP

Pay: $18/hr - paid weekly

Shift: 6am-2:30pm, M-F or M-Th

Location: Kyrene/ baseline

Job Description

This employee will be mainly responsible for receiving shipments of goods, moving and lifting boxes, and organizing storage rooms. This staff member should also be capable of taking inventory if needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments of goods

• Move and lift boxes as required

• Organize and maintain storage rooms

• Take inventory and perform cycle counts as needed

• Utilize RF scanner for inventory management

• Perform data entry related to inventory control

• Manage shipping and receiving tasks effectively

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong technology skills and interest

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work with a sense of pride and urgency

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time

• Full-time availability

• Ability to convey a professional image

• Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality of sensitive information

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management software

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes

Work Environment

Work shifts are from Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday with some flexibility on start times. The role involves significant time sitting and requires the use of various technologies and equipment, including RF scanners and Microsoft Office applications. The dress code is professional to effectively represent the organization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
