Our Electronics team is looking for an Industrial Engineering Intern to join us in Portland, OR.

As an Industrial Engineering Intern you will provide technical and application support for the Electronics Advanced Facilities team. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the design of state-of-the-art industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities on a collaborative and innovative team of designers and engineers. You will apply your design, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, professional design and construction environment. You’ll help us engage with clients and subcontractors as you assist with equipment layouts and technical detailing to produce installation design packages for our client’s advanced facilities. Working with your interdisciplinary team, you will use strong design capabilities, computer-based design, and documentation knowledge.

  • Current Participation in the MECOP Co-op Program

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or another closely related field of study

  • Hybrid work will require you to have a strong and reliable home internet service when working remotely

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • 3.0 GPA

  • Previous relevant intern experience

  • Self-driven time management and organizational skills
