About the position

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. At this position you will work in highly experienced team, which is handle and extend core business products. You will build a high-performance cloud base system relying on big data environment using the most cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cooperate with developers and infrastructure teams to ensure highly available and scalable production systems.

  • Build and maintain highly available and scalable production systems.

  • Manage core production systems, including frequent changes and updates.

  • Rapidly identify and resolve problems in production systems.

  • Provide support during off hours (nights and weekends) when necessary.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least 3 years of DevOps experience in a SaaS production environment.

  • Experience working with Docker and containers orchestration systems like Kubernetes.

  • Experience configuring Amazon Web Services and/or similar cloud-based platforms.

  • Experience building Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

  • Experience with CI/CD automation, tools, pipeline, configuration (teamcity, Jenkins, gitlab, github, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of monitoring, logging, and metrics collection tools in high scale production environments.

  • Strong experience writing Bash scripts.

  • Programming experience in one or more: Python, Ruby, Java.

  • Experience with NoSQL databases like: Elasticsearch, Redis, CouchDB.

  • Experience with events streaming technologies like Kafka, Spark, Hadoop.

  • Knowledge of storage and data lake principles.
