The opportunity

TAPI Finance team is seeking a talented and motivated financial manager to join our team. This role part of TAPI commercial FP&A team and responsible for financial management of TAPI Legal and IT functions.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Act as a financial business partner and provide ongoing financial support for different TAPI headquarter units. Closely work with the heads of Legal and IT units.

  • Manage and develop budget control tools in the systems for CAPEX & OPEX, collaborate with stakeholders to align accounting treatment and financial reporting aspects.

  • Track and analyze actual performance vs budget, investigate and explain key variances and drivers.

  • Support TAPI Commercial FP&A processes - Rolling forecast, quarterly business performance, annual and long-range planning.

  • Analyze actual results & prepare periodical reports for Commercial Management review to assist with tracking on actual results.

  • Support ad hoc requests for analyses as part of FP&A routines.

Your experience and qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of FP&A or other relevant proven experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting.

  • Strong analytical mindset & skills, attention to details and ability to communicate data clearly to various company stakeholders.

  • Working abilities in a global environment, collaboration with many interfaces.

  • Thorough understanding of financial systems, knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint- MUST.

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
