Citigroup Cyber Defense Specialist in Tel Aviv, Israel

This position is for the Cyber Security Innovation Center at the Infrastructure Protection Innovation team.

In this role, Info Security Tech Sr Analyst, is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to explore, research and evaluate cyber security technologies and manage processes to lead to their adoption at Citi.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform market researches, technology review and lab evaluations to create comparative analysis between products to locate most fitting solution

  • Lead design partnerships with market leading vendors to fine tune their offerings to Citi's needs

  • Work with Citi's CISO Architects and engineers to locate opportunities to reduce risk and/or costs for Citi by updating architectures, replace solutions, prepare for negotiations or decommission technologies

  • Explore new markets and vendors and provide deep technological review to assist forming strategies and serving as business catalyst

  • Assume informal/formal mentorship role within teams and assist with the coaching and training of new team members

  • Assist the development of new and improved technical procedures and process control manuals

  • Appropriately assess risk to support business decisions , demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of cyber security Engineering/Architecture experience

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in cyber security trends and trending markets

  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills

  • Proven analytical skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Sc)/University degree or equivalent experience

  • 2-3 years of cyber security Engineering/Architecture experience

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in cyber security trends and trending markets

  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills

  • Proven analytical skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Sc)/University degree or equivalent experience
