Essential Job Summary:
Technical product owner for Microsoft customer engagement platform and maintains and creates new flows to support the application.
Responsible for development of all new power apps applications
Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Power Automate.
Develop and maintain custom connectors and APIs to extend the functionality of Power Apps.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Apps solutions.
Ensure the security and compliance of Power Apps applications.
Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Apps and related technologies.
Supports 8+ power apps applications and provides support and handles enhancements.
Manages vendors and their work queues to help prioritize requests and reviews the work to ensure standards are met
Responsible for all production deployments of all power apps and Microsoft CE changes.
Responsible for keeping the CE environment upto date deploying the updates on a timely basis after testing.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience in Business Administration or similar area of study.
Experience: 4+ years of experience with the Power Apps and Power Automate platform.
High level of competency in DAX expressions and Power Query
Experience writing MS SQL queries, creating stored procedures and views.
Experience modeling data and building reports from multiple data sources.
Experience with multidimensional and Tabular data warehouse design, including a solid understanding of MDX/DAX, calculated measures, hierarchies, slowly changing dimensions, and data/time dimension analysis
Ability to handle change, multitask and keep up with a fast pace and consistently growing environment.
Expert in creating data visualizations and advance calculations (Aggregate, Date, Logical, String, Table) using Power BI
Expert creating various visualizations using Slicers, Maps, Lines, Pies, Histograms, Scatter, Bullets, Heat Maps, Tree maps, etc.
