Eaton Corporation Program Management Manager in Tczew, Poland

Eaton in Tczew is a manufacturer of a wide range of components and products for the automotive industry (passenger vehicles and trucks), requiring advanced technologies and modern solutions.

As a Program Management Manager you will be responsible for total customer satisfaction and satisfactory financial performance for the development, production, and/or support phases of complex component and systems development programs. Includes successful management of scope, cost/resources, schedule and performance management of various assigned programs.

What you’ll do:

  • Team Management: Lead a team of program/project managers and specialists.

  • Scope & Expectations: Define project scope and manage customer expectations.

  • Budget Control: Estimate, budget, and control project costs.

  • Resource Management: Oversee HR, budget, materials, and assets.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and implement corrective actions.

  • Customer Relationship: Maintain customer satisfaction and manage contract changes.

Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant technical field from a nationally accredited university.

  • Min. 2 years of experience in Program Management.

  • Experience in managing the team in manufacturing/industry/project management area.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of contracts, corporate and project finance.

  • Engineering knowledge, Lean and Six Sigma tools.

  • English and Polish - advanced level.

  • Negotiations and problem-solving skills.

  • Organizational and planning skills.

  • Demonstrates a collaborative style, drive for results.
