To ensure the expansion of our Welcome and Support Center we are looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist.

The Welcome and Support Centre provides technical support and replacement parts logistic support for one of Concentrix’s major customers.

• HandlingClients’Technicalrequestsbyphone and chat

• Providing Hardware and Software support to the utilized multifunctional devices

• Focusingoncustomerexpectationsandsatisfaction

• Collaboratingwithotherteammemberstoprovidehigh-qualitysupport

• Ensuring that all Service level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently

Our top candidate has :

• Fluency in German and working level of English

• Basic Troubleshooting skills

• Excellentcommunicationskills

• Ability toidentifyandunderstandclients’needs

• Abilitytopresentcomplexinformationin a simpleway
