RGP FP&A Consultant in TBD, Argentina
RGP is helping one of our financial services clients expand their analytical group in Argentina. We are searching for someone who has at least 7 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience focusing on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. This is an independent contractor hybrid role in Buenos Aires.
This position will be part of a team that provides support focused on budgeting and forecasting Payments Volume, Gross Revenue, Contra-Revenue, Net Revenue and Expenses. Additional detailed responsibilities include:
Preparing comprehensive variance analysis and explaining the key drivers and storylines affecting outcomes.
Tracking segment performance and understanding those drivers as well
Act as a liaison to assigned business units and provide support for business planning initiatives
Building, using and maintaining operating and financial models taking into consideration any market challenges
Providing executive support for strategic decisions through data
Managing expense planning across sectors while continuously informing local leadership of budget forecasts and timelines
Interfacing with other financial functions such as tax, revenue and general accounting
At least 7 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field
MBA is a plus
Strong business acumen; multi-functional business experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
The ability to build cross-functional relationships and extend influence across matrixed relationships
Demonstrated expertise modeling business issues and delivering the detailed analysis and the resulting impact
Advanced Excel proficiency including v-lookups and macros
Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Data Science system experience such as Python is a plus
