We are looking for Diesel Mechanic's who are looking for new opportunities. You must have your own tools in order to considered for the position. salary: $56,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Preventative maintenance inspections & repairs on various equipment

  1. Experience in general truck & trailer repair to include Complete Air System, Electrical,

Brakes, Tires, sheet metal work.

  1. Diagnose & repair mechanical and electrical efficiently with minimal supervision.

  2. Perform DOT / FMCSA inspections.

  3. Complete paperwork professionally as required / use electronic POS and SVO systems to

track workflow in shop / time on job / parts used / work completed on a daily basis.

  1. Ensure completed work meets all DOT / FMCSA regulations & company standards.

  2. Work effectively with other Technicians to evaluate and repair equipment to standards.

  3. Maintain clean and safe workspace in accordance with company standards.

  4. Miscellaneous tasks as needed or assigned by Supervisor.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment

  • manual lifting up to 50lbs

  • standing for 10 hours at one time

  • Computer Skills (3 years of experience is required)
