What is the job about?

As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will oversee the logistics and supply chain activities essential for launching new motor products into our pump assembly operations. Your role will ensure seamless integration of new motor products into existing processes, involving project management, logistics planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Among other exciting tasks, you will:

Project Management:

  • Lead the Supply Chain aspects of NPI projects for motors from concept through launch.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and milestones

Logistics and Supply Chain Planning:

  • Coordinate and design efficient Supply Chain processes for new motor introductions.

  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to phase-in and phase-out components.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with NBI, MPM, Product Development, Division-Supply Chain, and Group Purchasing to align Supply Chain activities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use data analytics to track project progress, manage risks, and propose solutions.

  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to motor integration and Supply Chain performance.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, group standards, and corporate policies.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate risks in the Supply Chain for motor components.

  • Develop contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptions.

What do you need to apply?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Engineer, Project Manager, or similar role within a logistics or supply chain environment

  • Good project management skills with a proven history of effectively leading NPI projects

  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software and tools.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
