Description
The Maintenance Coordinator-Westchester is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all IAHD facilities by implementing comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and overseeing repair activities. This is a supervisor role that involves coordinating with service providers, conducting regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and supplies, and diagnosing and addressing maintenance issues as they arise. The Maintenance Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment across IAHD locations, primarily in Westchester.
Qualifications
Must have 5+ yrs of proven experience in maintenance coordination or supervision, strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and equipment repair. Intermediate to advance computer skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address maintenance issues effectively.
Must have a Clean NYS Driver's License
