Group Summary

About the Role

AT MAGNA the Project & APQP Quality responsible for ensuring that the quality levels demanded by customers and the company are achieved for every product under its responsibility, throughout the production cycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and participate in quality activities and workshops (FMEA, drawing review, capability studies, control plan, customer specific requirements).

  • Implement the APQP deployment plan in collaboration with the quality manager

  • Initiate, monitor and solve quality issues arising during project development.

  • Steering of the ANPQP approach

  • Establish and maintain the dashboard for each project, providing adequate indicators and analyses (KPI, dashboard, etc.)

  • Experience in collaborating and performing VDA 6.3 audits as well as periodic process audits to ensure compliance and adherence to APQP.

Who we are looking for

  • Engineering degree or equivalent training in the field of quality (Bachelor's)

  • 2 years in a similar position desirable.

  • Knowledge of quality management concepts, tools, and methods and APQP

  • Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3:2016)

  • Mastery of Quality concepts/tools: FTA, FMEA, PDCA, 8D

  • Fluent in English
