Position Overview:We are looking for an Sr. Analyst, Engineering Services who will play a vital role in implementing CORE Operating System principles, conducting training programs, and ensuring rigorous quality control measures across our engineering operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence within our engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of CORE principles to optimize engineering processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall efficiency.

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards to ensure products meet or exceed industry benchmarks and customer expectations.

• Design and deliver training plans for both technical and behavioral aspects to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Analyze existing engineering processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

• Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor performance metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering and may include HR, R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to align efforts and achieve common goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and quality metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review.

• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

· Preferably CORE Champion (or Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt)

· Proven experience in implementing CORE methodologies in an engineering or manufacturing environment.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively train and mentor teams.

· Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Eligibility:

• Must not be under Performance Succession Plan.

• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.

• With at least a year in his/her current position.
