Job Title: Duty Manager Location: Denzai America Inc [DAI] Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $4,000 per month ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Job Overview: DENZAI America Inc. is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient delivery of services in the equipment rental industry. This position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with military and civilian projects, as well as a background in heavy equipment, is highly desirable. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management 2. - Manage day-to-day operations of the rental department to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. - Coordinate equipment schedules, deliveries, and returns in line with customer needs. - Maintain inventory levels and oversee equipment readiness and safety compliance. 3. Team Leadership 4. - Supervise and support a team of coordinators, drivers, and maintenance staff. - Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency. 5. Customer Service 6. - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally. - Facilitate the rental process, including quotes, contracts, and consultations. 7. Fleet and Equipment Oversight 8. - Monitor the maintenance and condition of rental equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. - Maintain accurate equipment usage and service history records. 9. On-Duty Management 10. - Serve as the point of contact for operational issues during assigned shifts. - Respond to emergencies, enforcing safety protocols and company procedures. 11.
