Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Workday Admin to join their team. The Workday Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the organizations HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platform. Their responsibilities span various areas, including cross-functional collaboration, meticulous research, and documentation. They influence decision-making within the Information Technology team by explaining facts, policies, and practices related to Workday. Additionally, the administrator builds and monitors alerts and reports, creates customized dashboards for management insights, and manages role-based permissions. Workflow administration, system monitoring, and data unification using Workday PRISM are also part of their duties. They maintain system configuration, address technical issues, and recommend improvements. Security profile configuration, compliance adherence, and collaboration during major Workday releases are critical aspects. The administrators expertise extends to system optimization, training colleagues, and resolving complex issues through experiential knowledge and the Workday Community. Pay is 50-60hr.

Skills and Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a Workday Admin
Experience with the following modules: Payroll, Talent, Absence, international benefits, Reporting, Security, System Auditing
Comfortable interacting with cross functional teams: HR & Finance mostly
Hands on configuration and design
Self-sufficient, transparency and problem solver- will be clarifying tickets received with business and come up with solution
Comfortable working in a global company- lots of tickets from India Workday Pro Certification
Software industry preferred
