Our firm is growing quickly, and we are searching for a hardworking, dedicated, creative person who can create high-quality, timely, and precise deliverables. If you have a careful eye for detail, self-guiding need to produce high-quality, and looking to be part of a creative team that generates innovative design concepts to bring them to life, this is the position for you!

As a member of the creative team, the Video Editor/Motion Graphics Artist will design, create, and produce product demo videos, social media videos, event hype videos, and showcase videos. This position will also assist in creating motion graphics to support email, web, marketing, and client projects. This position will support our marketing team with the development of marketing content in addition to supporting the product team to create visually engaging and innovative project graphic design resources.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong desire and passion for creativity and innovation with demonstrated experience in video editing, motion graphics design, and working with multiple design software applications; someone looking to expand the boundaries in video and graphics design; someone who can work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, with excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality videos and motion graphics for various multimedia channels, including websites, videos, social media, email campaigns, presentations, event resources, as well as business development materials.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create resources and support creative strategies and concepts for events, campaigns, product launches, and client communications.

  • Collaborate with the product team to create project video and motion graphic design resources and content.

  • Oversee the quality and consistently apply and enforce style/brand guidelines to create consistent, clear, and creative content to the specs required for project requirements.

  • Develop a good sense of TIL and our services to improve the effectiveness of your work.

  • Review project briefs thoroughly to ensure clarity of the audience, goal, and deliverables, ensuring you have the inputs to help you manage effective and efficient editing, review, and delivery.

  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively interact, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels and across geographies.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications & timelines.

  • Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and refining concepts to achieve the best results.

  • Manage and curate video library and content.

  • Work collaboratively with designers and stakeholders to produce polished, detail-oriented, thorough work that follows known requirements and accomplishes project needs.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Capabilities that will enable your success

  • A bachelor's degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • 3+ years’ experience in video post-production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create clear and effective videos across a wide range of voices and aesthetics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere) and other current video tools, resources, and trends.

  • Experience managing large video libraries.

  • A keen aesthetic sense and the ability to deliver clear and direct feedback and guidance.

  • Strong creative vision and artistic sense with an understanding of storytelling techniques and ability to adapt and create various artistic styles.

  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suited for a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive problem solver with a creative mindset, able to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently as part of a team on deadline-driven activities and effectively prioritize assignments, manage time, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards in all work efforts.
