Citigroup Transformation Project Senior Analyst Hybrid) - C12 - TAMPA in Tampa, Florida

The Banking and International Risk (BIR) Transformation Project Senior Analyst is a strategic professional who has experience driving change projects. This individual requires excellent communication skills to negotiate internally, often across several organizations. This individual will work directly with stakeholders across BIR to identify process reengineering opportunities and build business cases to justify policy, technology or other changes. Primary responsibilities include process mapping, policy review, requirement building, stakeholder engagement, reporting, etc. Requires strong analytical skills to assess, prioritize and validate problem statements and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Documents relevant information of process, policy, procedure and technology requirements to deliver against project objectives.

  • Applies problem-solving skills to resolve issues.

  • Ensures creation of project plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.

  • Ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment.

  • Performs data mining and analytics to support project / program deliverables.

  • Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies.

  • Identifies key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.

  • Tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed.

  • Measures project management performance against standards.

  • Establishes project communication needs and create project communication plan.

  • Facilitates the transition of systems, product & process development to minimize adverse operations impact by ensuring that the stakeholders are informed and always aware of the status of process improvements, procedure & systems enhancements and corrective actions for risk issues, identified for the business.

  • Acts as a point of contact and liaison between Banking and International Risk and partner organizations.

  • Regularly undertakes a review of processes, policies and procedures to identify process gaps and recommend process updates/ policy & procedure revisions.

  • Provides feedback to Project Management leadership regarding risk issues/business cases raised by specific business units

  • Conducts ongoing research on tools such as AI to improve process efficiency.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience

  • Experience driving organizational change initiatives, preferably with reengineering and technology deliverables

  • Demonstrated ability to own deliverables end-to-end

  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
