Citigroup SVP KYC Project Sr Lead in Tampa, Florida

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with strong background on technology product delivery in the financial services, to lead complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering intricate projects with tight deadlines, regulatory oversight, and a focus on risk and control. The Project Sr Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Impactful project management for successful delivery of key strategic operations products. Responsibilities and priorities will reflect the needs of specific program workstreams.

  • Ensure the project management methodologies, executive status reporting, and overall program delivery adheres to strategic direction.

  • Provides strategic direction and feedback with respect to business goals alignment. Able to understand and engage stakeholders in the goals and mission of a program/project and how they contribute to effectiveness of the program.

  • Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, understand the program schedule and key milestones and receive schedule status regularly.

  • Excellent communication skills to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.

  • Surfaces risks or issues which may impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary. Ability to analyze, prioritize and minimize the amount of risk an initiative, program or project

  • Discuss one or more topics with the end goal of agreeing to a course of action and may use their negotiation skills when they talk to stakeholders in their projects to be able to align resources, goals and engage in resolutions.

  • Manages the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, to escalate and resolve on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Program and Project Management experience

  • Demonstrates consistent track record of having worked as a Program or Project Manager, or working on large, strategic cross-functional projects.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.

  • PMP, PgMP or similar. Experience in Agile methodology

  • AML/KYC experience preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
