Citigroup SVP, ERM - Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida

The Risk Data and Technology organization has an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in leading technology change and transformation.

This role is part of the Cross Execution team within the Risk Data and Technology organization of Enterprise Risk management and will require versatility to lean into critical projects in support of Risk's transformation program. The role will requires a candidate with general management skills, leadership abilities and strong business acumen, who can drive a variety of activities across a global organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support strategy, planning and budget oversight for initiatives delivered by the organization, supporting a cadence of ongoing operating rhythms and governance routines as part of the technology investment process.

  • Create presentations and management information on behalf of the organization for use in communicating to a wide range of stakeholders, including regulators, internal staff, governance forums & senior leadership, ensuring consistent messaging throughout

  • Shepherd cross-team initiatives and programs from conception to completion e.g. collaborate with product owners to gather existing roadmaps and identify opportunities that rationalize, standardize and simplify capabilities.

  • Drive consistency in product roadmaps so they can be easily understood by a variety of stakeholders and presented in such a way that the vision and journey is clearly articulated.

  • Execute projects that fall outside the scope of normal course of business, as determined by Risk Data and Technology head

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years relevant experience, ideally in Banking or Financial Services with prior work experience in area related to business management, strategy consulting, change management or process improvement

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and time-sensitive deliverables simultaneously in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Openness to challenge and willingness to continuously challenging the status quo

  • Big picture mindset with ability to join dots across a large landscape & network of stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts in a concise manner

  • Must have excellent written communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story and experience in crafting executive level materials for senior management

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
