Position Summary:
As a Senior Site Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of a specific site/location. Key qualifications and responsibilities:
In-Depth Knowledge:
Understand the Unified Command Structure, joint doctrine, and joint policies.
Possess a detailed working knowledge of processes and procedures for using automated tools in mission planning.
Develop processes and techniques that enhance the mission planning environment and reduce the workload for other mission planning support contractors.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily activities at the site, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Manage a team of employees, assigning tasks and addressing any issues or concerns.
Monitor inventory levels and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
Prepare and submit reports on site performance and progress.
Leadership and Problem-Solving:
Coordination with suppliers, vendors, and employees.
Conduct team meetings to discuss goals and objectives.
Resolve conflicts and guide employees effectively.
General Information:
Location: Various locations (Contingent upon Award)
Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret with SCI Eligibility
Background Check and Drug Screen: Required for external new hires in the U.S.

Compensation: 100k-200k Depending on experience. Sign-on bonus and performance-based bonus available at the 1-year point.
