Citigroup Senior Digital Solutions Owner - SVP - TAMPA in Tampa, Florida

The Senior Digital Solutions Owner is a Senior Vice President responsible for managing one or more one or more digital platforms (Digital Platform, Data Warehouse, etc.) or programs (Data Visualization Program, Data Transformation Program, etc.) for which Citi Productivity Digital Solutions is responsible. The Senior Digital Solutions Owner has technical expertise in one or more relevant tools (e.g. Tableau).

Productivity Digital Solutions enables efficiency by deploying and managing platforms for end-users to create compliant solutions within.

Responsibilities:

  • Core Responsibility: manage one or more technology platforms or programs for the global productivity organization. This leader will coordinate, as required, with relevant stakeholders including vendors, technology, information security, risk and control, Centers of Excellence, and end-users.

  • Core Responsibility: Provide technical expertise, advice, and oversight to team members creating solutions on platforms with a focus on Data Visualization (Tableau) and Transformation platforms

  • This team member will also be responsible for advising on and creating governance for use of platforms and enabling platform and solution compliance to applicable laws, regulations, and Citi policies.

  • Secondary Responsibility is to evaluate and advise on creation of use cases by colleague teams

  • Tertiary Responsibility to provide subject matter expertise and project leadership for critical technology projects

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years of Experience

  • Experience leading technical deployments or developing technology solutions

  • Technical expertise in data visualization and transformation, with a focus on Tableau

  • Experience in product management

  • Experience in process re-engineering, business transformation, or process simplification

  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Powerpoint required

  • Program/Project Management Skills

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, consumer technology partners, and global and regional collaborators

  • Strong strategic thinking and organization skills

  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and possess a bold, curious and determined approach while being a strong team player

  • Able to drive a challenger and catalyst focus during all interactions related to digital solutions and efficiency at Citi

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business / finance / engineering / computer science (or a related discipline)

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
