We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Archer eGRC Programmer in Tampa, Florida. The role is within the tech industry and will be based in a dynamic workplace environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Archer applications, as well as managing the workflows and systems related to Governance, Risk Management & Compliance. Requirement will be 3 days onsite in Tampa location, and 2 days remote per week.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and modify Archer Applications, Dashboards, iViews, Mail Merge Templates, Data Feeds, and Reports.

• Act as a subject matter expert for RSA Archer eGRC SmartSuite.

• Maintain knowledge of Archer system architecture and core concepts related to Governance, Risk Management & Compliance.

• Manage Archer Advanced Workflow, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Utilize your understanding of system integration, interface methods, API's, SOA, etc.

• Engage in web application, web service development, web frameworks, and scripting (IIS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, Regular Expressions, etc.).

• Maintain broad knowledge of infrastructure (network, databases, and servers), services, security standards, and best practices.

• Gather business requirements, conceptualize, and design solutions.

• Engage in the software development life cycle and adhere to agile development principles.

• Conduct data analysis and reporting (SQL, SSRS, Excel BI Tools, Power BI).

• Archer certification v5.x and/or v6.x is a plus.

Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of Archer eGRC Programming.

• Proficiency in Archer is essential.

• Candidate must have a demonstrable track record of working with Archer eGRC.

• Advanced knowledge of programming principles and techniques related to Archer eGRC is required.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset are crucial.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

• The candidate must exhibit a high level of professionalism and the ability to adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure is required.

• A strong understanding of the latest trends and developments in the field of Archer eGRC Programming is expected.
