Job Title: Quality Control ManagerJob Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager for a 5-month contract to oversee the completion of a flight simulator facility at Patrick AFB. The role involves maintaining high standards of quality control from project commencement to completion, ensuring all construction activities meet or exceed the project specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing project site quality control, assessing and mitigating risk, performing tests, analyzing results, initiating improvement measures, and ensuring compliance with all project specifications and safety regulations. The successful candidate will also manage daily reports, project documentation, and coordinate with government and subcontractor personnel to ensure project specifications are strictly followed.

Hard Skills

• Ability to use Construction Contractor Module of RMS (QCS)

• Experience in reviewing shop drawings and submittals

• Proficiency in maintaining project 'as-built' drawings

• Skill in performing tests and analyzing results to ensure quality control

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to independently manage project documentation and reporting

• Proactive in addressing and resolving issues

This is a contract position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.

Work Environment

The position works onsite with 5 other support staff members, collaboratively ensuring project standards are met.
