The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

The shift for the role is: Twilight hours of 10am-7pm (PST). This includes the requirement of flexible work hours during the fall months of time change – during this timeframe, the hours worked are 10:30am-7:30pm (PST).

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist with providing back-up coverage on all Department functions/assignments during both day and twilight shifts.

  • Assist with ensuring that all employees' work assignments are distributed equitably in order to meet established processing deadlines and SLA’s.

  • Ensure that all department work products are completed in an accurate and timely manner through the periodic auditing of functional assignments.

  • Manages customer service duties and responsibilities to ensure timely, professional, and accurate communication with the Bank's commercial as well as retail customers.

  • Inform management of any processing delays or customer complaints in a factual and timely fashion.

  • Provide detailed reporting of fraudulent and/or suspicious activity to management and file QAR's as per Bank Policy.

  • Prepare timely problem management reporting as well as overall Bank notification of ACH processing delays which impact departments outside Electronic Banking.

  • Provide on-going functional and system training to staff as they are assigned new duties, etc.

  • Identify, document and inform management of employee performance problems as they occur.

  • Interface and problem-solve computer operation, technical support, application development, and Federal Reserve issues, as they occur.

  • Seek management's assistance and guidance, as needed.

  • Integrate risk management philosophies and procedures into Operations through the on-going education and training of staff as the issues evolved and are developed.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of direct technical experience and demonstrated ability to manage workflow in a high volume, deadline driven environment.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $66K - $85K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
