Position Name: OBGYN Sonographer

Location: Tampa, FL - 33613

Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting: Outpatient - Physician Services

Pay

$29.68-$44.52 (depending on experience)

Shift

  • Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

  • Full-Time

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate from a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.

  • ARDMS credentials: RDMS and OB/GYN.

  • At least 1 year of OBGYN experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.

Preferred:

  • IDX, Radworks, and current PACS application experience or ability to learn.

Job Summary

The OBGYN Sonographer is a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer specializing in ultrasound imaging. This role focuses on capturing, evaluating, and recording anatomical, pathological, and functional data for accurate diagnoses. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing imaging procedures for patients of all age groups.

  • Ensuring equitable care for individuals of diverse backgrounds.

  • Using advanced imaging equipment and adhering to departmental protocols.

  • Teaching technical procedures when needed.
